About the Author

My name is Summer Wabasse, and I am an Anishinaabekwe  born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario, from Webequie First Nation. I am currently based in Ottawa, studying to complete my Bachelors of Commerce degree. In my free time, I love to cook and bake for my family and friends, as well as explore nature and all it has to offer.
